Position: Interventional Pain Management Physician
We are seeking a board-eligible or board-certified interventional pain management physician to join our team. You will become a key member of our group, performing a full range of interventional pain procedures while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced but supportive, fun work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform interventional pain procedures including but not limited to:
Epidural steroid injections
Facet joint injections & radiofrequency ablation (RFA)
Peripheral joint injections (e.g. knees, shoulders, hips)
Spinal cord stimulator implantation and follow-ups
Peripheral nerve stimulator placement and management
Sacroiliac (SI) joint injections and SI joint fusion when indicated
Kyphoplasty for vertebral compression fractures
“Minute Men” procedures (or similar rapid-performing pain procedures)
Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including history, physical exam, imaging review, pain assessments, and development of individualized care plans.
Provide ongoing patient care and follow-up, including pain management, medication management, interventional follow-up, and coordinating care with ancillary services.
Collaborate with the care team — nurses, medical assistants, administrative staff — to ensure seamless patient flow, scheduling, and overall high-quality care and patient experience.
Participate in credentialing, EMR implementation/training, and adoption of our practice’s standard protocols.

Qualifications
Board-eligible or board-certified in Pain Medicine / Interventional Pain Management (Anesthesiology, PM&R, Neurology or relevant background)
Active or eligible for Florida medical license and DEA registration
Strong procedural skills and comfort with a variety of interventional spine and joint procedures
Excellent communication skills; compassionate, patient-focused demeanor
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment — contributing to a positive, supportive practice culture
Commitment to providing high-quality care and going the extra mile to meet patient needs
